Perhaps the easiest thing to cook:
1. Day old long grain white rice
2. Scrambled eggs
3. Frozen Mixed Vegetables
4. Soy Sauce and /or Oyster-Flavored Sauce (I prefer the oyster sauce)
5. Chicken Bouillon (MSG)
6. Ground Pepper
7. Diced chicken breast or whatever meat you prefer
Stir fry together.... and you are done!
