Salmon




I fried up some of the King Salmon that I caught earlier this year.  It was frozen in sections and stored in ziplock bags.  I just preheated the vintage Blacklock #8 cast iron skillet, but in some oil and placed in the seasoned Salmon.  I used Old Bay Seasoning on the fish.  Easy!

I always use a splatter guard when frying!
